Leadership that transforms your sphere of influence
The Oakseed Executive Leadership Course is a six-month programme equipping marketplace leaders to transform their spheres of influence through biblical, strategic and practical frameworks - then proves it with a real project and a certificate anyone can verify.
Built to change what you lead, and who is leading it
OSELC gives you the frameworks and the project. HMT does the inner work that decides whether any of it lasts. Every OSELC cohort runs both.
6 months
Flagship programme
Oakseed Executive Leadership Course
Six months, five core modules, one real project. OSELC takes marketplace leaders through biblical, strategic and practical frameworks and ends with a sphere-of-influence project defended before a faculty panel.
Five core modules, each roughly four weeks, released as your cohort moves
Lectures, content summaries and dialogue guidelines in every module
Peer dialogues where you engage the prompt and each other's thinking
A sphere project scored on a 100-point, five-criteria rubric
A three-day online intensive for consolidation, commissioning and covenant - paired with a fifteen-block written booklet on the inner work that makes leadership durable.
Three-day streamed intensive alongside your OSELC cohort
Fifteen assignment blocks, each with its own timed window and deadline
Essay, list and grid questions - written work, not multiple choice
Marked against a six-parameter rubric, every score confirmed by a human reviewer
Covers no-excuse leadership, adversity quotient, discipline and self-mastery
Not a certificate of attendance. A set of disciplines, a defined sphere, and a project that already moved something.
No-excuse leadership
Stop outsourcing responsibility to circumstances, systems and other people. You learn to own the outcome before you own the explanation.
Adversity quotient
Capacity is revealed under load, not under applause. HMT trains how you read, absorb and convert adversity instead of being organised by it.
Discipline and self-mastery
The leader is the first thing that has to be led. Build the internal governance that makes your public competence trustworthy.
Time management
Treat time as the one budget you cannot top up. Learn to allocate it against your mandate rather than against whoever shouted last.
A defined sphere of influence
Name the sphere you are actually responsible for - individual, community, institutional or systemic - and work out what transformation means inside it.
Biblical and strategic grounding
Every framework is anchored to a scriptural mandate and then made operational, so conviction and strategy point the same direction.
How it works
From application to certificate
Four steps over six months. You always know which one you are on.
1
Apply
Tell us who you are, what you lead and the sphere you want to transform. It takes a few minutes and there is no fee to apply.
2
Get accepted
Every application is reviewed personally. Accepted candidates receive an acceptance letter with their cohort, theme, schedule and payment details.
3
Enrol and begin
Secure your place with the commitment deposit and start Module 1. Spread the balance across up to four instalments as the cohort progresses.
4
Present and graduate
Defend your sphere project before the faculty panel, complete the HMT booklet, and receive a verifiable certificate.
No mystery marking
This is the grid your project is scored against
Your sphere-of-influence project is defended live in front of a faculty panel and scored out of 100. Here is the exact rubric, published before you start - the same one your panel uses on the day.

Inside the portal
The course runs on one system, not six group chats
Lectures, classwork, dialogues, live sessions, payments, grades and certificates all live in one place - so you can see exactly where you stand at any moment.
Modules that open as you go
Module 1 is free and open from day one. The rest unlock as your cohort reaches them and as your fees progress - so the path is always clear and never crowded.
Dialogues, not comment threads
Each module carries a scored dialogue. You post your own thinking and engage at least one classmate's - the rubric rewards genuine exchange.
Live sessions with spot attendance
Join live and check in with the code given in the session. Attendance is kept for reference and support - it never touches your grade.
One grade, everywhere
Objectives auto-mark, assignments are graded by faculty, dialogues score from the rubric. It all rolls into a single transcript you can see at any time.
A cohort and a success advisor
You move with a named class, see your classmates, and have an advisor you can actually book. Nobody quietly disappears from a cohort.
A certificate that can be checked
Finish and your certificate carries a verification code. Anyone - an employer, a board, a partner - can confirm it independently.
Questions
Everything people ask before applying
Still unsure? Apply anyway - the review is a conversation, not a filter.
How long is the programme and how much time does it take?
The Oakseed Executive Leadership Course runs for six months. There are five core modules of roughly four weeks each, then a project presentation and the History Makers Training intensive in the final stretch. It is built for people already carrying a full workload - lectures and materials are on demand, and the live sessions and deadlines are published in advance.
What does it cost, and do I have to pay it all at once?
Standard tuition is ₦250,000. You secure your place with a ₦50,000 commitment deposit, which is non-refundable, and you can spread the balance across up to four instalments. Fees are set per cohort, so the exact figures and dates for your intake are confirmed in your acceptance letter. An international fee in USD is available for some cohorts.
What happens if I have not finished paying?
Module 1 is free and open to every enrolled student from the start. The later modules unlock as your cumulative payments reach each module's threshold, so paying in instalments keeps pace with the course rather than blocking it. If something changes in your circumstances, talk to your success advisor - deferment exists and administrators can unlock a module for you.
How is my work assessed?
Four ways, all feeding one transcript. Objective questions mark themselves. Assignments are graded by faculty. Module dialogues score from a rubric based on your own contribution and your engagement with classmates. Your sphere project is defended live and scored out of 100 by a panel. HMT booklet answers are marked against a six-parameter rubric and every score is confirmed by a human reviewer before you see it.
Do I have to attend the live sessions?
You are strongly encouraged to. Live sessions carry spot attendance: an invigilator gives a code during the session and you check in with it. That record is kept for reference and pastoral support only - it is never part of your grade.
Is the certificate worth anything to an employer?
Every certificate INT issues carries a verification code and a public verification page. An employer, board or partner can confirm the holder, the cohort and the award independently, without going through you. That is the whole point of issuing it that way.
What is the difference between OSELC and HMT?
OSELC is the six-month leadership course: frameworks, modules, dialogues and the sphere project. HMT is the character and self-mastery intensive that runs alongside it - a three-day streamed programme plus a fifteen-block written booklet on no-excuse leadership, adversity quotient, discipline and time management. HMT is part of the OSELC journey, not a separate purchase.
Who is this actually for?
Marketplace leaders with something real to lead - a business, a department, a ministry, a community, an institution. You need a sphere of influence you can point at and a genuine intention to transform it, because you will spend six months doing exactly that and then defend the result in front of a panel.
