About INT
National transformation is not a slogan. It is somebody’s Tuesday.
The Institute for National Transformation exists to equip marketplace leaders to transform their spheres of influence through biblical, strategic and practical frameworks. Not by waiting for a national moment - by taking responsibility for the ground already under their feet.
A six-month executive leadership programme equipping marketplace leaders to transform their spheres of influence through biblical, strategic and practical frameworks.
The model
Everyone already has a sphere of influence
The question is never whether you have one. It is whether you can name it, and whether anything in it is measurably different because you are in it.
Three phases of influence
Influence advances in phases, and honest leaders know which one they are actually in. Your project is scored partly on this.
01Awareness
The sphere knows something is wrong, or knows something better is possible. Nothing has moved yet, but the ground is no longer numb.
02Engagement
People commit. The work has advocates who are not you, and it survives you leaving the room.
03Transformation
The change is structural. It outlives the project, the funding and the person who started it.
Four levels of engagement
And how deep the sphere you touched actually goes. A systemic change is not better than an individual one - but it is not the same claim, and we do not let them be scored as if they were.
Individual
One life changed on purpose, and changed durably.
Community
A group, congregation, workforce or neighbourhood.
Institutional
An organisation's practice, culture or governance.
Systemic
The rules themselves - policy, sector, the way things are done.
What we believe
The convictions the programme is built on
These are not decoration. Each one shows up as a design decision somewhere in the course.
Biblical, strategic and practical - together
A mandate without a strategy is a sentiment; a strategy without a mandate is just ambition with a deck. Every framework we teach is anchored to a scriptural mandate and then made operational.
Character is load-bearing
Competence gets you the position. Character decides what happens to everyone else once you have it. That is why History Makers Training is not an optional add-on.
The oakseed principle
An oak is not a bigger acorn - it is what the acorn was always for. We train leaders on the assumption that what is planted in six months is meant to outgrow the person who planted it.
Transformation is measured, not felt
Your project is scored on concrete outcomes, metrics and testimonies. Inspiration that leaves no trace in the world is not what we are here to produce.
Nobody disappears from a cohort
You move with a named class and a named advisor. Attendance is kept for support rather than punishment, and deferment exists because lives do not pause for a syllabus.
Cohorts, not enrolments
You are not buying access to a video library. You join a class that starts together, argues together and stands in front of the same panel.
Who carries a cohort
Four roles stand behind every class
A cohort is not a video library with a forum bolted on. These are the people whose job it is to get you to the panel.
Facilitators and reviewers
They teach the modules, grade your assignments and sit on the panel that scores your project. On HMT they are the human review gate: no score reaches you until a reviewer has confirmed or overridden it.
Success advisors
Your named point of contact for the whole six months. They watch your progress, run your sphere group, and are who you talk to when work, health or money threatens your place on the course.
Invigilators
They run the live sessions and issue the spot-attendance codes. Their record is a support and reference tool - it is never allowed to touch your grade.
Administration
They build the cohorts, review every application personally, confirm payments and issue certificates. They can also unlock a module for a student when circumstances warrant it.
We publish the rubric before you start
The marking grid, the module thresholds, the fee structure and the certificate verification page are all public. A programme that asks you for six months and a quarter of a million naira should be willing to tell you exactly how it will judge you - before you decide, not after.

Bring us the sphere you are already responsible for
You do not need a bigger platform before you start. You need the frameworks, the discipline and a panel that will hold you to what you said you would do.
