Programmes

Six months. Five modules. One sphere you are accountable for.

INT runs one flagship programme and one character intensive, and every cohort takes both. This page is the whole structure - the cadence, the assessment, the gates and the fees - published before you commit to any of it.

Flagship programme

Oakseed Executive Leadership Course

A six-month executive leadership programme equipping marketplace leaders to transform their spheres of influence through biblical, strategic and practical frameworks. Five core modules carry the teaching; a live project defence and the HMT intensive close it out.

  • Module 14 weeks

    Opening module

    Free

Orientation into INT and the course, the first lectures, your first dialogue and the objective questions that confirm you have read the ground you are standing on.

Free - open to every enrolled student

  • Module 24 weeks

    Building the frame

Lectures, a content summary to skim first, dialogue guidelines and a scored module dialogue.

    Opens at ₦50,000 cumulative

  • Module 34 weeks

    Deepening

The same rhythm, heavier material. Objectives per lecture, dialogue at module level.

    Opens at ₦100,000 cumulative

  • Module 44 weeks

    Application

Frameworks meet your actual sphere. Your project should be moving by now.

    Opens at ₦150,000 cumulative

  • Module 54 weeks

    Closing module

Consolidation, the last dialogue, and preparation for the panel you are about to stand in front of.

    Opens at ₦200,000 cumulative

Then the capstones
  • Project2 weeks

    Sphere Project Presentation

Live presentation of your sphere-of-influence project, scored on the phase-of-influence and level-of-engagement rubric. Upload your deck and supporting material before the date.

    Opens at ₦250,000 cumulative

  • HMT3-day intensive

    History Makers Training

A three-day online intensive for consolidation, commissioning and covenant. Streamed live. Opens the HMT assignments booklet.

    Opens at ₦250,000 cumulative

A note on the counting. The Project Presentation and HMT are not counted among the five modules - they are capstones with their own shape and their own windows. When we say “five modules”, we mean five.
Character intensive

History Makers Training

OSELC changes what you lead. HMT deals with who is doing the leading. It is a three-day online intensive for consolidation, commissioning and covenant - streamed live to your cohort - and it opens a fifteen-block written booklet that is the most demanding writing you will do on the programme.

  • Fifteen blocks, each released by an administrator into a timed window
  • A live countdown per block, with a sanction for missing the deadline
  • Essay, list and grid questions - genuine written work
  • Marked against a six-parameter rubric, never by a machine alone
  • A human reviewer confirms or overrides every score before release

The ground it covers

The booklet works through the disciplines that decide whether a leader survives contact with reality.

  • No-excuse leadership
  • Adversity quotient
  • Discipline
  • Self-mastery
  • Time management
  • Character and covenant

On AI marking. A model does the first pass on the booklet so feedback is fast at cohort scale. It never sets your grade and its suggestions are never shown to you. A human reviewer confirms or overrides every single score, and results are only released once that gate is cleared.

Assessment

Six ways your work is measured, one transcript

Everything you do rolls through a single grading formula into your grades page, your transcript and, at the end, your certificate.

  • Objective questions

Ten questions per lecture, one point each. Marked the instant you submit, so you know immediately whether the material landed.

  • Assignments

Written work graded by faculty against the brief. Some assignments are AI-assisted at the first pass, but a human reviewer decides every score you see.

  • Module dialogues

Post your own response to the prompt and engage at least one classmate's. Scored from a rubric that rewards real exchange over presence.

  • The sphere project

Defended live before a faculty panel and scored out of 100 across five criteria worth 20 points each. The rubric is published before you begin.

  • The HMT booklet

Fifteen blocks of essay, list and grid questions inside timed windows. Marked against a six-parameter rubric, then confirmed by a human reviewer.

  • Spot attendance

Check in to live sessions with the code the invigilator gives out. Kept for reference and support - it is never part of your grade.

Fees

What it costs, and how you pay it

Fees are set per cohort, so treat these as the standard figures. Your acceptance letter confirms the exact amounts, dates and account details for your intake.

Standard tuition

₦250,000

Set per cohort. Your acceptance letter confirms your intake's figure.

Commitment deposit

₦50,000

Non-refundable. Secures your seat and is your first instalment.

Instalments

Up to 4

Spread the balance so payment keeps pace with the modules.

International fee

USD

Available on some cohorts, payable by card through Stripe.

  • Pay the way that works where you are

Flutterwave, Paystack and Stripe are all supported - pick your provider at checkout. Bank transfer details are on your acceptance letter if you would rather pay directly.

  • Payment unlocks, it does not punish

Each module has a cumulative threshold rather than a due date you can fail. Pay as you go and the course opens as you reach it.

  • Life happens

If your circumstances change, deferment exists and your success advisor can help. Administrators can also unlock a module for you where it is warranted.

INT never stores your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by Flutterwave, Paystack or Stripe, and every payment is confirmed against the provider before it counts towards a module threshold.

Finish, and you get a certificate anyone can check

Every certificate INT issues carries a verification code and a public verification page. An employer, board or partner can confirm the holder, the cohort and the award independently - without going through you, and without taking your word for it.

Questions

About the programmes

Are the modules live or on demand?

Both. Lectures and materials sit in the portal and you take them at your own pace inside the module window. Alongside them your cohort has live sessions - streamed, scheduled in advance, and carrying a spot-attendance check-in.

What if I miss a module's window?

Talk to your success advisor early rather than late. Deadlines are real and the HMT booklet blocks carry sanctions for late submission, but administrators can unlock a module for an individual student where there is a genuine reason, and deferment to a later cohort is available.

Does HMT cost extra?

No. History Makers Training is part of the OSELC journey. It opens in the final stretch of the six months, once your cumulative payments reach the full tuition, and it is included in the fee.

Can I see my grades as I go?

Usually, yes - each cohort has a setting that controls whether grades are visible during the course or released at the end, and most cohorts show them as you go. Your transcript, module progress and payment position are always visible regardless.

How many people are in a cohort?

It varies by intake. Some cohorts have a fixed capacity and some are uncapped. What does not vary is that you are placed in a named class, you can see your classmates, and you have an advisor assigned to you.
